[1] Probability Refresher. Quick and dirty review of the very basics of probability theory, such as Bayes' Theorem. I wrote it as background for my paper on information theory and ideal observer analysis.
[2] Counting Primer. A review of basic cominatorics (permutations and combinations) as well as an extension to a more complicated case, the multinomial coefficient.
[3] First-Order Differential Equations Primer and accompanying Matlab code. An overview of first-order differential equations, with an emphasis on examples from neuroscience.
